MEXICO
The capital is Mexico City and it is the largest city in Mexico. Mexico is the third largest country in Latin America.They speak Spanish.The north is hot and dry, central region has pleasant climate because of high elevation, the south has tropical beaches. Mestizo ethnicity and most are Roman Catholic.They love soccer and softball. They eat salsa, fideos, ceviche and tortillas. When traveling visit the Toltec, Aztec and Maya Ruins. The Mexico Taxi project is underway to encourage people to visit. Mexico offer homeschooling but the funding is low just like the United States. Mexico is making great strides in the education by improving access to education and literacy.
HONDURAS
The capital is Tegucigalpa. They speak Spanish. It is subtropical in low lands and temperate in mountains. Mestizos ethnicity and most are catholic.They really enjoy soccer. The Honduran culture is pretty laid back. The Honduras was once part of Spain's vast empire in the new World. Their main exports products are bananas, coffee and wood. When visiting you will enjoy the rushing rivers and the ancient Maya ruins. They love ceviche with Ahi Tuna, sweet plantains, banana milk shake, coconut rolls. When the children graduate, they receive a Honduras Diploma as well as an US Diploma. They also offer home school. Aerosol - a collection of airborne particles dispersed in a gas, smoke, or fog is their latest problem.
